Hervey Bay Monster Swap Meet
It’s going to be a big weekend here in Hervey Bay this weekend. Already there are plenty of ‘No Vacancy’ signs out and there are lots of tourists around. The weather is looking good, the beach is just calling, although the water might still be a little cold and there’s just no excuse to stay indoors this weekend.
Also this weekend the annual Hervey Bay Monster Swap Meet and Collectibles Fair is on down at the sports ground in Bideford Street. The site opens tonight at 5pm and goes through until Sunday with the gates opening at 6am on Saturday and Sunday.
A special attraction on Saturday will be a display of veteran and vintage cars and motorcycles and on Sunday there will be a display by Fraser Coast Four Wheel Drive Club and the Ford enthusiast’s club.
