Increased water restrictions start from today within the area governed by Hervey Bay City Council. From today Level 2 restrictions are in force and the following restrictions apply:
all sprinklers and soaker hoses are banned between 5.30am and 8.00pm
hosing of driveways and paved areas are banned at all times
Anyone found breaching the restrictions can be prosecuted and/or have their supply restricted.
As Wide Bay Water say, “every drop counts”
