Adverse Findings From the Doctor Death Enquiry
Three doctors from the Hervey Bay hospital were cited for adverse findings in the report tabled by Premier Beattie in Parliament this week.
They weren’t the only ones named in the 538 page report. Doctors and administrators at Bundaberg Base Hospital as well as the adminstrator of the Bundaberg health service district were also named.
Adverse findings were also made against three former heads of Queensland Health as well as two former health ministers.
