		<description>You wouldn't believe how annoying it is for my family to see this article yesterday. We owned that island for a few years, and sold it to the current owner about four years ago for $1.14 Million. Since then, we've been back and seen what the owner has done, and it is very nice, with the new houses put on. 

But it is hardly an island, and what the paper forgets to mention is how bad the mosquitoes are, and how much it is low tide, which makes getting there nearly impossible.. But never-the-less it is still a nice place.</description>
