Update:
Yes there definitely is a ‘For Lease’ sign out the front of Aldi but apparently it refers to some extensions that will soon be added to the building. The extensions are designed to house a number of smaller retailers.
It certainly appears to be- there is a very large and very official looking ‘For Lease’ sign out the front of the building in Main Street Hervey Bay.
